Lacy's first 5K!!

SO IT IS OFFICIAL! I RAN MY FIRST 5K EVER AFTER TRAINING SINCE JAN. IT IS ONE MY GOALS FOR THIS YEAR AND I AM SO GLAD I WAS ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS!! I AM PLANNING ON CONTINUING TO TRAIN FOR MANY MORE! THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT ALONG THE WAY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! (ESPECIALLY AMY FOR RUNNING WITH ME) MY OFFICAL TIME WAS 31:44!! MY GOAL WAS TO DO THE RUN IN UNDER 32:00. YAY ME!!

Summer Fun

Well.... here is a pic of Gavin with his Papa, Uncle B, Papaw and Daddy. We went and spent a fun day at his papa's house and he played ball hard with all the boys and had a blast! ( as you can see from his hysterical facial expression in this pic) He is growing up so fast! He amazes me everyday though with something new he says or does!! This is such a fun age!!!
